Strawberry Buttercream Frosting

This frosting is a wonderful blend of fresh strawberries and vanilla buttercream! It's so flavorful, light, and fluffy! Perfect for many of your cake or cupcake recipes :)
Ingredients:
1/2 c juice from fresh strawberry puree
2 c unsalted butter
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
9 c powdered sugar (1008 g)
Directions:
Puree fresh strawberries, no need to strain. Whip butter in a mixer on medium until light and fluffy. Slowly add in the powdered sugar (mixing on low) about a cup at a time. Alternate with splashes of strawberry juice. Once well mixed, add in the vanilla and salt. Mix on medium until light and fluffy, then mix on low for 1 minute. If frosting is too thick, add more juice. If frosting is too thin, add more powdered sugar :)
