I've made this peanut butter pie on many occasions and every time it's been gobbled up within minutes! It's so smooth and creamy and super easy to make. The peanut butter taste is just enough, but not overbearing. I'm sure you'll enjoy this pie and so will those you share it with :)

Ingredients:

8-oz cream cheese, softened

3/4 c powdered sugar

1/2 c creamy peanut butter

6 tbsp milk

8-oz cool whip, thawed

1 graham cracker crust (pre-made is fine)

1/2 c chopped peanuts

Directions: 1) In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. 2) Add in sugar and peanut butter and mix well. 3) Gradually add in the milk. 4) Fold in the whipped topping with a spatula. 5) Spoon mixture into pie crust. 6) Sprinkle with peanuts. 7) Chill overnight and serve!
