Custom Orders

All orders are custom to the individual.

PayPal

You can pay with your Debit or Credit card through PayPal (You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to pay this way)

Cash

A 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of the total order must be paid for all orders over $100, This NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be paid at the time of placing the order (Your order date is not considered booked until the deposit is received). Any order LESS THAN $100 must be paid in full
Order balance must be PAID IN FULL 1 week prior to scheduled pickup or delivery. All unpaid orders will be cancelled. In the event that I am still available to make your order, a late fee of $10 will be charged and the full balance (plus late fee) must be paid immediately.
A 20% rush-fee will be added to orders placed less than 1 week prior to your event
Changes to the order may be made up to 2 weeks before the order is due. This may cause a change in price. No changes will be made to orders less than 2 weeks prior to scheduled pickup or delivery.

Deliveries will be made up to 30 miles. Deliveries require an additional fee of $1/mile (one way). This fee must be paid at the time the order is placed. Once the purchased treats are delivered, Sweet Napier Cakes is no longer responsible for them.

Sweet Napier Cakes recommends that cakes, cupcakes, cake pops, fruit, or anything covered with chocolate or icing be displayed no more than ONE HOUR before serving. These products are heat sensitive, so the integrity of the products may be compromised. Items are delivered chilled for easier transport, but are best served at room temperature. Further instructions will be given upon pickup/delivery if needed.

If you choose to pickup your order, it is best if you have a clean, flat surface to place your treats while driving. KEEP THE AIR CONDITIONING ON! DO NOT PLACE ITEMS ON THE FLOOR WITH THE HEAT ON! If you do not have a trunk that is large enough or has seats that fold down, it is best to place treats on the floor. Please handle all treats with special care. Once purchased cakes (or other treats) are picked up, Sweet Napier Cakes is not responsible for them. Please adhere to scheduled pickup time. If the conditions of the cake (or other treats) is compromised due to late pickup and/or no communication, Sweet Napier Cakes is NOT responsible for them, and this may result in a cancellation.
THERE WILL BE A LATE FEE OF $10 CHARGED IF YOU ARE MORE THAN 10 MINUTES LATE PICKING UP YOUR ORDER
If you are picking up a cake, you will be asked to sign a waiver at pickup.

You may cancel your order at any time. At that time, the contract will be null and void and your deposit will NOT be refunded.

ALL PRODUCTS ARE MADE IN A KITCHEN THAT MAY COME IN CONTACT WITH PEANUTS, TREE NUTS, SOY, GLUTEN, EGGS, WHEAT, AND OTHER ALLERGENS.
